Five Locations, 200 Reviews a Month, Zero Analysis
A Tampa-area auto service chain with five locations collected customer feedback from Google reviews, post-service surveys, and a comment box on their website. Combined, they received about 200 pieces of feedback each month. The owner read them. Sometimes.
When a bad Google review appeared, the location manager would respond with an apology. If the same complaint showed up three times in a row, someone might mention it at the monthly meeting. But nobody tracked patterns across locations, compared complaint rates between shops, or quantified which issues cost the most customers.

Turning Noise Into Signal
We built a feedback analysis pipeline that pulled data from three sources: Google Business profiles (via API), post-service email surveys, and website form submissions. Everything fed into a single dashboard.
The AI categorized each piece of feedback into topics: wait time, pricing, staff behavior, service quality, facility cleanliness, communication, and billing accuracy. It also scored sentiment on a 1-5 scale and flagged anything below 2 for immediate manager attention.
Two features made the system useful instead of just interesting. First, it compared topics across locations.
